I am so grateful I was able to travel to Wales with my mom! We visited a missionary family from church (and, of course, experienced beautiful Great Britain!). Learning about their work was so interesting, and it was fun to spend time getting to know them.

Nate works with leaders in the Balkans, and he has so many cool stories. Ali has been involved with anti-slavery work in North Wales. They know trafficking is happening in the area and are waiting for doors to open for progress with programs. We got to see a reception center Ali and her coworker are working to open for rescued victims.
Even though we were in Wales, we celebrated July 4th and got to meet some families from their church. Exploring their area and playing games with the kids was a blast! The Euro 2016 soccer/football tournament was in full swing while we were there, and Wales scored an amazing win... I am now a soccer fan!
Time spent getting to visit, know, and serve this family in Wales is something I'm so thankful for! Experiencing their day to day lives has helped me know how to pray. It will be exciting to see what God continues to do through their lives and ministry!
